Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Law Clerk to join our fast-paced intellectual property law firm. This remote position offers flexible hours, approximately 10–12 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support including billing, docketing, sending reminders, and client reporting
Drafting legal documents (trademark and copyright filings, letters, etc.)
Assisting attorneys with legal research and case management
Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a law firm is preferred but not required
Familiarity with trademark and copyright matters is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic understanding of legal drafting (some experience ideal – training provided)
