Harbinger Land is looking for experienced title agents based near the collar counties of Chicago, IL to assist with title research. Local proximity and the ability to occasionally travel to travel to the courthouse is required.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the land manager to complete title research for easement acquisition
Research and acquire landowner contact info and title ownership
Visit county courthouses in the area order to obtain documents unavailable online.
Required Experience
3+ years experience in land title research minimum
Expertise with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience working with cloud-based storage systems
Bonus Points If You Have
GIS experience
Local community and government relationships
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $40.62 – $43.75 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
