Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC located in Pensacola, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for:
Legal document preparation
Document review
Legal research
Drafting pleadings and motions
Qualifications
Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
Experience in drafting legal pleadings and motions
Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred but not required
Previous experience in litigation or a law firm setting
