Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will support complex litigation cases by managing legal documentation, assisting with discovery processes, and coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and easily accessible for litigation proceedings
- Assist with litigation discovery efforts by reviewing, indexing, and producing relevant documents in compliance with procedural law requirements
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence under attorney supervision
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate case progression and ensure deadlines are met
- Support contract management processes related to legal services, including review, tracking, and renewal of legal agreements
- Conduct legal research and compile information to assist attorneys in case strategy development
- Maintain detailed records of case activities, correspondence, and procedural steps for audit readiness and future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing legal teams or supporting litigation processes effectively
- Strong knowledge of procedural law as it pertains to civil litigation
- Demonstrated contract management experience within a legal services environment
- Proficiency in assisting with litigation discovery procedures and document review workflows
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, precise documents and correspondence
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
