We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team. We are a Boutique Personal Injury

Responsibilities:
Calendar all deadlines, dates, and other events
Respond to discovery and work closely with clients to do so
Draft and serve discovery requests
Schedule and coordinate depositions
Draft legal documents
Investigate facts
Be on top of and closely manage all litigation files
Overall support to Attorney
Qualifications:
5 years previous experience as a personal injury paralegal
Thoroughness, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish — both written and spoken — is a huge plus
Independent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
