Law Hero is a commercial law firm with offices in Laos and Myanmar. Our goal is to provide high-quality and cost-effective legal support to our international clients. We are currently exploring expansion into Peru and are seeking lawyers interested in joining our team.
Opportunity
We are looking for an English-speaking Legal Counsel to work on client projects in Peru and other jurisdictions.
The following would be your key responsibilities:
- Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memos;
- Draft commercial contracts;
- Assist with company incorporation and other corporate secretary tasks;
- Undertake legal research; and
- Prepare legal publications and assist with other business development tasks.

Skills & Experience
- A law degree and admission to practise law in Peru;
- Experience with company incorporation;
- At least one year of relevant professional experience; and
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
