As a part of MNP’s Legal & Risk Management team, you will leverage your litigation expertise to advise on compliance and legal matters.
Your role includes managing cases from initial assessments to drafting pleadings, as well as working with external counsel. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation cases from assessment to strategy development
• Advise various leaders and executives on legal concerns
• Draft legal documents, briefs, and concise emails
• Identify and research legal issues, providing practical solutions
• Collaborate effectively with external counsel and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum five (5) years of post-call litigation experience
• In-house experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of tax and accounting beneficial
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• French language skills seen as an asset
