Position: Employment and Litigation Legal Counsel

In this key position, you will serve under the Office of the General Counsel, offering expert legal support on employment law and workplace matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on labour and employment issues at TMU
• Manage employment-related disputes and litigation cases
• Draft and review pleadings and regulatory submissions
• Provide proactive legal advice to leadership
• Develop legal training for internal units
Requirements:
• LL.B or J.D. degree required
• Minimum three years post-call legal experience
• Two years in employment/labour law and litigation
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong analytical, communication, and mediation skills
