Project Attorney / Legal Specialist | Legal Services & Class Action Administration
We’re looking for a Project Attorney/Specialist to support complex client-facing legal projects in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage escalations while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Time Zone Requirements: PT or AZ Time
What You’ll Do:
- Support complex client and consumer inquiries across phone, email, and written channels
- Serve as an escalation point for issues not resolved through standard processes
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables
- Create and maintain scripts, workflows, and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
- Monitor case quality, identify errors, and implement solutions for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to protocols, deadlines, and client expectations
What You Bring:
- JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with LLM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in client interactions
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
📍Location: Remote
💵Salary: $29 – $30/hr
