Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in insurance defense matters
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Manage case files from inception through resolution
- Handle calendaring, scheduling, and deadline tracking for state and federal matters
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation materials
- E-file documents in state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within insurance defense
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
- Experience with e-filing in Florida courts (state and federal preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
