Munck Wilson Mandala is currently seeking a litigation legal assistant for its Dallas office to support as many as four busy attorneys and/or paralegals in the firm’s large property loss subrogation group. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of legal assistant or secretarial experience with significant exposure to insurance defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, or subrogation in a mid to large-sized law firm.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, e-filing, styles and brief formatting. Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication, proofreading/redlining, and organizational skills. Candidates should also be detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize the workload independently, and be comfortable working in a high volume, high energy environment.
