Established Law Firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our practice.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Successful management of an independent caseload;
– Conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief;
– Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials;
– Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals;
– Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR;
– Represent clients before the Immigration Court;
– Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate MUST:
– Have a J.D. from an accredited law school
– Be an active member in good standing of any State Bar
– Have at least three year verifiable immigration law experience
– Have a strong work ethic, excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills;
– Be a team player; and
– Must be fluent in Spanish and English
– Must be available to work some Saturdays

Pay: $85,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
