We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires strong advocacy skills, the ability to handle a high-volume caseload, and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all aspects of personal injury law, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and more.
Handle case preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.
Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Manage client relationships, providing updates and ensuring that clients are informed throughout the process.
Prepare cases for trial by coordinating witness testimony, exhibits, and preparing legal strategies.
Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Ensure that all legal deadlines and procedures are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active and valid license to practice law in Texas.
At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law .
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and the legal process.
Proven experience with case preparation and settlement negotiations.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a client-first attitude.
Remote Position
Pay: 100,000 + Commission base structure
