We’re a growing, purpose-driven startup in the disaster response sector. We’re hiring an HR & Finance Operations Manager to manage onboarding, payroll, contractor coordination, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
Manage HR documentation and onboarding (Workable)
Coordinate payroll with Paychex and evaluate improvements
Support bookkeeping and accounting partners
Maintain SOPs and manage HR/finance systems
Qualifications:
2–5 years in HR ops or finance admin
Organized and systems-savvy
Based in or near St. Petersburg, FL
