Litigation Associate – First Party Insurance/Property Damage
Join our team and work alongside leading trial attorneys in New York’s top litigation firm. As a Litigation Associate, you will focus on complex insurance coverage disputes, including property damage and first-party insurance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in high-stakes cases.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop strategic arguments.
Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trials, with opportunities to second-seat.
Lead settlement negotiations and manage multiple cases effectively.
Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or general liability litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills, with proven experience in depositions and motion arguments.
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey Bar admission is a plus).
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $166,000.00 per year
