Job Description
We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-4 years experience. The position involves supporting partners on a variety of litigation matters in Colorado state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and Colorado administrative bodies.
Responsibilities
Manage projects involving research, drafting, and client contact
Draft and edit court pleadings
Ethical engagement with clients and opposing parties
Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
Legal research in support of case strategy
Track and comply with deadlines
Qualifications
License in Colorado
1-4 years of experience in transactional law
Self-Motivated, attention to detail
Superior written and communication Skills
Sophisticated critical thinking and analysis skills
Proficiency in computer and word processing
