Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate located in New Windsor, NY. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to law practice, such as motions, research, depositions, and court appearances.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Law and legal procedures
Experience in conducting legal research
Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting depositions
Familiarity with court procedures and appearances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Experience in civil litigation is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
