- Excellent legal research, investigation,
writing
, and verbal skills are also required - Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
- MUST have good litigation skills
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally 5+ years experience
