We are looking for a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of dispute resolution and contentious matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files and contentious matters, including court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially sound advice
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and contracts
- Advise clients on civil and commercial matters
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective legal solutions
Requirements
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt legal technology tools is preferred
- Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach
