This is an exciting temp-to-hire, on-site opportunity with a highly regarded firm.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of litigation experience

Expertise in Federal, State (CA), and Appellate court filings (manual & e-filing)

Proficiency in calendaring, trial preparation, proofreading, and document processing

Self-motivated with strong analytical and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment

Essential Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Net Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other office technologies

Extensive knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filings

Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with calendaring tools like Compulaw or similar software
