We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Manage case files and document review processes utilizing document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist attorneys with civil litigation support, including filing documents with courts, organizing evidence, and preparing trial materials.
- Support estate planning, probate cases, and tribal law matters by gathering relevant information and preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for ongoing cases.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing client communications with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with procedural law requirements across various practice areas while maintaining meticulous records.
Skills
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal support professional in diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, litigation, family law, securities law, patent law, workers’ compensation law, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, tribal law & regulations, immigration law, and general & commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with legal case management software such as iManage or PCLaw.
- Excellent research skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis to locate relevant statutes and case law efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document drafting and communication tasks.
- Effective writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence that are clear, concise, and professional.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while adhering to ethical standards.
- Strong client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette for engaging with clients and external parties.
- Experience in document review, proofreading legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures along with familiarity with court filing processes across jurisdictions.

Pay: $58,910.77 – $70,946.30 per year
