The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting its lawyers in various types of dispute resolution, including arbitrations, litigation, and investigations for upcoming, pending, and potential cases. Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, organise, summarise, and index documents / chronologies for cases which are fact document heavy Draft correspondence, disclosure requests and responses and other related documents Prepare and maintain documents and bundles for hearings (hard copies and soft copy PDFs, including pagination) and make regular trips to court to file documents Conduct business and legal research utilising online resources including but not limited to press, public documents, individuals (potential experts or meeting participants) Take notes of calls, meetings, and hearings and track cases online and update the team Identify and highlight case law Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal

Skills & Requirements:

University degree (2.1 or above desirable); or similar qualification with equivalent standing GDL (if original degree is not in a legal discipline) and LPC essential Deferred Training Contract secured and 1 years’ commercial litigation / international arbitration paralegal experience
