Key responsibilities:
- Drive multiple high-value deals simultaneously, managing timelines and negotiations from term sheet to close
- Proactively identify and resolve legal, regulatory and strategic risks while providing business‑oriented advice
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to solve complex problems and advance deal objectives
Required qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Licensed attorney with 10‑15+ years of significant commercial legal experience, including 5+ years in high‑value strategic partnerships
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial partnerships across diverse industries
- Transactional training at a top‑tier law firm with experience in complex commercial matters
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks as they apply to commercial agreements
