Job Description and Responsibilities
The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney for the Real Estate Finance Group. Ideal candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, and conducting due diligence, for acquisition, construction and/or mezzanine loans. Open to PA and/or DE Bar admissions. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. EOE/M/F/D/V
Requirements
4 – 7 years’ experience.
PA and/or DE Bar Admission required.
