Position
Legal & Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
This position offers broad exposure across both legal and compliance matters, including:
- Providing legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, terms of use, and related documentation
- Supporting the launch of new products and services from a legal and compliance perspective
- Assisting with shareholder meeting preparation and administration
- Developing and maintaining internal policies, guidelines, and operational procedures
- Managing relationships with external law firms and professional advisors
- Supporting a wide range of corporate legal and compliance initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates should have legal and/or compliance experience within one of the following sectors:
- Banks or other deposit-taking financial institutions
- Money transfer businesses
- Prepaid payment instrument issuers
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering closely with business teams and providing practical, commercially minded legal and compliance support.
