We are currently hiring a Servicing Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the Servicing Manager.
As a Servicing Analyst, you will manage the company’s portfolio of over $500 million in plaintiff and attorney advances. Your role involves building strong relationships with law firms and their staff, ensuring effective communication, and collaborating with internal teams to safeguard capital while enhancing customer service. This position requires a balance of financial diligence and relationship management to support our ongoing success.

Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, attorneys, and staff to ensure smooth communication regarding case progress, settlement status, and fund disbursement. Foster long-term partnerships by streamlining case updates and aligning strategies.
Oversee case development through ongoing communication with legal partners; use collected information to provide strategic insights and escalate critical issues to internal legal and risk teams to prevent losses.
Assess and document case-related risks, updating our systems accordingly. Make informed recommendations for escalation or write-offs as needed.
Conduct docket searches via public databases, analyze court documents, and identify key actions. Record findings and coordinate follow-ups for timely resolution.
Update servicing software with insights from interactions; propose system enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Engage proactively with legal partners and plaintiffs to gather compliance data, focusing on building trust and long-term relationships.
Support strategic projects aimed at analyzing trends and improving operational efficiency.
Education
, Skills & Experience Requirements
Paralegal certification preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in searching and interpreting court dockets across U.S. state and federal courts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-quality output.
Strong relationship management skills to build trust with attorneys, law firms, and plaintiffs.
Effective project management skills with a self-starter attitude.
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
