We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our California offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in California (additional state licensure is a plus)
3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense matters (Required)
