Job Description
Muhanned Al Amri Barristers & Legal Advisors is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its growing legal team in Muscat. The role involves handling corporate and commercial legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal consultations, supporting compliance requirements, and assisting clients in various business and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong legal drafting abilities, analytical thinking, professional communication skills, and the ability to work within a dynamic legal environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
• Provide legal consultations on corporate and commercial matters
• Support clients in regulatory and compliance-related matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and documentation
• Assist in handling business structuring and corporate governance matters
• Coordinate professionally with clients and internal teams
• Manage legal documentation and support day-to-day corporate legal operations
• Support commercial transactions and corporate advisory work
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters is preferred
• Strong contract drafting and legal research skills
• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Excellent command of English, including legal drafting and professional communication
• Experience working with corporate clients and commercial transactions is preferred
• Knowledge of Omani laws and regulations is an advantage
