Mass Torts Attorney

We are seeking a litigation associate with 2–4 years of experience to join our mass tort and class action practice. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in high-impact litigation from day one. Candidates should have strong litigation skills and a demonstrated interest in complex civil litigation. Defense-side attorneys with relevant experience are encouraged to apply—particularly those interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side work.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Manage case activity in California state and federal courts, including:
Drafting and filing complaints, motions, and other pleadings
Handling discovery and communicating with opposing counsel
Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
Coordinate with co-counsel and participate in multi-district or coordinated proceedings
Work closely with clients and experts in developing litigation strategy
Assist with settlement discussions and implementation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Juris Doctorate and active CA State Bar membership are required.
2-4 years of litigation experience in mass torts or class action in California
Familiarity with court procedures, filing systems, and judge preferences in LA and surrounding counties
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Experience with mass torts, product liability, or class actions is highly desirable
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000
Plus Commission Pay/Attorney Fees
