Our client is one of the largest law firms globally. Due to business needs, they are looking for document admin / legal researcher to join their team.
- Conducting legal research and verifying factual details.
- Performing company checks and completing standard due diligence.
- Preparing corporate documents, legal opinion materials, and conditions precedent documentation; supporting the tracking, coordination, and closing workflow for conditions precedent items.
- Drafting straightforward financing and security paperwork for bilateral and commoditised deal structures.
- Carrying out Hong Kong Companies Registry searches and related security interest filings (including preparing and submitting required forms).
- Receiving, organizing, and collating original deal documents; maintaining properly indexed hardcopy sets and transaction bibles where required.
- Producing routine updates and concise notes of advice, including company search report summaries.
- Supporting transaction management by liaising with internal teams, the client, counterparties, and relevant third parties to advance the transaction.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to other deal teams as part of paralegal support services.
