We are currently working for an American law firm, who are looking for a front of house receptionist to deliver award-winning customer service to their clients and provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support. This is a standalone role and ideal for a legal receptionist, who is now looking to take on some more administrative and basic secretarial work as well.
Duties to include:
Meeting and greeting all visitors and internal stakeholders
Answering, screening and, directing all phone calls to the appropriate individual
Setting up meeting rooms
Liaising with contractors and vendors
Filing and maintaining records
Managing the office calendar
Assisting with administrative and overflow secretarial work
Booking taxis and couriers
Setting up conference calls and video meetings
Basic accounts work
Scheduling meetings
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as there will be extensive liaison with international offices, high profile clients, and leading lawyers. It is essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a receptionist, ideally from another law firm but they will also consider candidates who have worked in other corporate / global environments.
