Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected civil litigation firm, is seeking an experienced attorney or doctor to review potential medical malpractice cases for the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience evaluating the viability of medical malpractice cases for a plaintiffs’ law firm.
This position is integral to the firm and primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate potential cases to determine their viability and alignment with the firm’s practice areas;
Ability to review intake summaries and medical records to determine the viability of potential cases;
Clearly articulate and summarize the facts of the case and injuries/damages sustained by the client;
Partner with the Intake Manager and assist as needed to oversee the intake department’s SOP;
Review and evaluate medical records on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
Extensive experience and understanding of medical and legal terminology
Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and resourcefulness
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision
Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Lead Docket or similar intake/case management software.
Starting salary will be commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package including medical and unlimited paid time off.
