What You’ll Do
Support legal and regulatory workflows
Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and case files
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Handle external communications and consumer complaints
Improve documentation systems and ensure legal compliance
Assist with operational projects and reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For
2+ years in operations or paralegal work (law firm or corporate environment)
Excellent communication & organization skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Strong with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Bonus: experience with document management or Gov.br / Consumidor.gov.br platforms
