On behalf of our client, a renowned law firm based in Dublin, we are seeking experienced Legal PA/Personal Assistants to support across a diverse range of practice areas including banking, corporate, projects and construction. Location: Dublin hybrid
Salary: up to 50k DOE
Type of contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Directing end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles for Partners and Fee Earners to ensure accurate, timely revenue collection;
- Executive Support & Calendar Management: Coordinating complex international calendars and email accounts for Partners, seamlessly organising high-level meetings and events across varying time zones;
- Business Development Support: Conducting strategic research and compiling comprehensive background briefs, client biographies, and company profiles to prepare teams for pitch meetings;
- Documentation & Transcription: Transcribing digital dictation and refining handwritten drafts into polished, high-quality legal and business documents;
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Managing highly sensitive data and corporate information with absolute discretion and professionalism;
- Office Operations: Executing day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain peak operational efficiency for the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a law firm;
- MS Office skills are essential;
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion;
- Great verbal and written communication and attention to detail skills;
- Ability to prioritise tasks;
- Driven by continuous learning and constantly expanding your skillset.
