2. About the Opportunity:
The Legal Operations Coordinator role supports the legal department by managing multiple concurrent legal matters to ensure they remain organized and on schedule. This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency in legal processes, helping the department meet compliance requirements, manage contracts, and support litigation and claims activities.
3. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate contract setup, routing, and filing across multiple platforms and client relationships
• Maintain compliance calendar and manage regulatory filing obligations
• Handle employment records requests and subpoena responses
• Facilitate vendor intake and contract review processes
• Maintain legal project and matter trackers
• Support litigation and claims administration, including hearing documentation and logistics
• Provide administrative support such as invoice routing, scheduling, and correspondence management
4. Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written communication and discretion with confidential matters
• Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
• Adaptability to dynamic, high-paced environments
• Experience in legal, administrative, or operations coordination roles
• Preferred: Experience in entertainment, media, payroll, or employer-of-record sectors
• Familiarity with multi-entity corporate and multi-state compliance workflows
• Proficiency with contract management and project management tools and Google Workspace
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000
