About The Job
- Draft, review, and administer commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs, ensuring technical scope aligns with legal obligations.
- Maintain a central contract register to monitor critical deadlines, SLA compliance, penalty risks, and delivery milestones.
- Partner directly with Project Management, Engineering, BD, and Finance to translate complex legal terms into operational action plans.
- Secure and maintain technical permits, environmental licenses, and regulatory approvals required for automated equipment and energy deployments.
- Standardize contract templates, legal SOPs, and compliance checklists to streamline project delivery cycles.
About The Requirements
- LLB Hons.
- 5-8 year of experience in corporate compliance
- Prior experience in manufacturing, automation, renewable enery sectors.
