Legal.io is working with a leading defense company who is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst for a full-time, 11 month contract, with strong potential to extend/convert. This is a fully remote position.
Scope of Work
Title: Legal Operations Analyst
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Remote (Dallas area preference, but not required)
Hours: 40 Hours / Week
Technology: Word, LegalTracker
Duration: 11 Months (February 2025 – January 2026)
Pay Rate: $50 – $65 / hour ($100,000 – $130,000 annualized)

Job description:
Assist in tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Run and analyze Legal Tracker reports
Assist with Requests for Proposals from Outside Counsel firms
Perform data collection and analysis
Assist with special projects
Provide support regarding the department’s legal technology solutions, including document management systems and e-billing platforms.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, organize, and maintain legal documents and records.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings.
Manage or assist in tracking legal department metrics and key performance indicators.
Contribute to the optimization of legal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
