* Solicitor – Conveyancing*:

* To take on and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years previous experience; we are looking for a CILEX or Solicitor qualified conveyancing fee earner.
* · Communicating with clients, agents, brokers and third parties by telephone, email and letter
· Setting up, maintaining and running a good size case load from start to finish to include exchange, completion, registration and archiving
· Submitting searches, receiving and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation and raising additional enquiries, reporting to clients on all the above
· Dealing with enquiries received and researching where necessary to supply responses, liaising with third parties including management company, councils, lender’s etc
· Dealing with all types of residential matters from sales, purchases and remortgages to transfers of equity, private charges, severance of joint tenancies, registration of possessory titles and more

· General admin tasks such as opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing and management of your appointment diary
· Answering the telephone to clients, agents or any third parties in a polite manner.
· Keeping your working environment tidy and organised and ensuring all filing is completed promptly so that people always know where things are
· Having a good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and office procedures generally
· Being polite and courteous to clients, staff and all other visitors at all times
* The Candidate:
* _*The ideal candidate will be someone who:
* _
· Has at least 2 years’ experience handling and running a conveyancing case load
· Medium/long term commitment to the firm.
· Good computer skills and excellent attention to detail are required as well as excellent written English skills
· Good manner with clients, agents and brokers and able to create good relationships to ensure repeat business
