WE ARE HIRING – Legal Officer / Legal Executive (Real Estate)
Our leading client in the Real Estate industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Executive to join their team.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Reporting To: Director of the Company
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Handle corporate and regulatory compliance matters
• Liaise with government authorities, legal institutions, and external stakeholders
• Support property transactions, land documentation, and legal due diligence
• Provide legal and administrative support to management
• Maintain legal records and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Law
• Previous experience in Corporate or Real Estate legal functions will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan corporate and property laws
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and expectations.
