Requirements
– Proven experience in HR legal-related work.
– Ability to handle disciplinary inquiries, and labor-related legal proceedings.
– Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
– Experience liaising with Labour Department, and relevant authorities.
– Strong documentation and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years HR Legal related experience with legal exposure.
