On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Contracts and Legal Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all legal and contractual matters related to Facilities Management operations. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing operational, commercial, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong understanding of FM business processes and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal and contractual risks and support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage operational, commercial, vendor, and FM-related contracts
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Provide legal advice and support to Operations, Commercial, HR, and Management teams
- Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Support contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle
- Liaise with external legal advisors when required
- Ensure alignment of company policies with legal and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Legal Studies (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of overall legal experience, with at least 4-5 years in Facilities Management (FM) or similar sectors such as construction, hospitality, logistics, and maintenance services.
- Proven experience in handling FM operational, commercial, vendor contracts, and long-term maintenance
- agreements.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
- Experience in coordinating with external legal advisors.
- Deep experience in commercial contracts.
- Ability to manage contracts similar to those in Facilities Management companies.
- Strong focus on legal aspects of contracts, with experience in risk management, governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
