What You’ll Do
As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal oversight and advisory support. Your role will involve working closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws. Additionally, you will lead legal strategies for dispute resolution and manage potential legal risks.
