Responsibilities:
● Lead legal and
regulatory compliance
strategies and advise
senior management
.
● Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts efficiently.
● Handle high-stakes negotiations with regulatory bodies and key clients.
● Provide legal advice to departments like Product, Finance, HR and other key departments.
● Mentor and guide junior legal team members.
● Develop and implement organizational policies and governance frameworks.
● Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring
regulatory compliance
Requirements:
● Strong
