We are seeking a sharp legal professional with a strong background in the retail and lifestyle sectors to join our India Legal & IP team. This role serves as a key interface between our Indian business operations and Global IP/Legal teams, balancing hands-on brand protection with strategic commercial advisor
y.
📝 Key Responsibiliti
es:• Brand Protection: Execute IP enforcement strategies, including anti-counterfeiting raids, cease & desist actions, and taking down online infringements (fake websites/unauthorized sale
s).• Product & Marketing Review: Conduct periodic meetings with product and marketing teams to review lifestyle lines (footwear/apparel, etc.) for correct trademark usa
ge.• Commercial & Regulatory Support: Draft and negotiate vendor, marketing, and commercial agreements; advise on retail compliance (BIS, Legal Metrology, HSN Code, waste managemen
t).• Dispute Management: Manage IP, consumer, and commercial litigation, coordinating closely with law enforcement, customs, and external couns
el.
