About The Job
DServe Legal is hiring advocates for its Direct and Indirect Tax, IPR, and Commercial Disputes litigation practice. The role involves litigation and advisory work, including assisting clients during investigations and audits conducted by tax authorities.
Eligibility
Candidates Applying For The Role Should Have
- Around 1–3 years of experience in litigation and advisory practice
- Experience in assisting clients during investigations or audits by tax authorities
Preference will be given to attorneys practicing before tax tribunals and High Courts.
Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters relating to Direct and Indirect Tax
- Assisting in IPR and Commercial Disputes matters
- Providing advisory services to clients
- Assisting clients during investigations and audits by tax authorities
- Appearing before tax tribunals and courts, where applicable
