As a Legal Intern, you'll support the SAMIR Legal team in handling day-to-day legal operations by assisting with legal research, documentation, contract administration, and compliance-related activities. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate legal matters.
Job Description :
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings on relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and filing systems.
- Support contract administration and ensure proper documentation records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize supporting legal documents.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day legal operations and other ad hoc tasks..
Job Qualifications :
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Law or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and enjoy organizing legal documents and records.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in corporate legal and compliance matters.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Available to commit to the internship period.
