What will you do?
During your internship, you’ll play an active role in supporting our Legal Counsel with a wide range of legal and business matters. From assisting in contract management and compliance to researching international regulations, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how legal strategy supports a global IT consultancy.
You’ll work closely with teams across departments and jurisdictions, helping ensure that Plat4mation operates safely and effectively in a dynamic, international environment—particularly in areas related to IT and AI-driven innovation.
Scope of work:
- Support our Legal Counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights on ongoing projects.
- Conduct research on international law topics, including data privacy, IT law, and intellectual property.
- Work closely with our legal counsel and other teams to keep Plat4mation legally sharp as we expand internationally.
We ask
- You are currently pursuing an LL.M. (or equivalent Master’s degree in Law) and are available for a 6‑month internship during your enrollment starting in September.
- You have a genuine interest in IT, AI, and digital transformation
- You have a strong interest in commercial contracts, international business law, and compliance.
- You are eager to learn and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced, international IT environment.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken – Dutch is a strong plus.
- You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- You can work independently but enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds.
