Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Paralegal will assist with legal document preparation, conduct thorough research on legal matters, review and organize legal documents, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with legal teams and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling of legal processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Proficient in Research and Document Review to support legal cases and ensure compliance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Romanian legal procedures and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
