What You’ll Do
As a Legal Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the legal workings of a global business. You’ll work on real-world legal and compliance issues, support process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day may include:
Reviewing, redlining, and organizing commercial contracts, NDAs, and legal templates
Conducting legal research on regulatory and compliance topics
Supporting documentation and tracking for internal policies, SOPs, and trainings
Assisting with internal audits, risk assessments, and due diligence requests
Coordinating with departments like HR, Finance, and Commercial to clarify legal or regulatory documentation
Maintaining and organizing legal files, filings, and records
Contributing to compliance and corporate governance initiatives
Participating in special projects with the Legal Director or General Counsel
Who You Are
Enrolled in or recently completed a J.D. program at an accredited law school
Interested in in-house corporate law, compliance, and commercial operations
Strong research and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and collaborative
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis is a plus
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
