Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeks attorney with 2+ years in the personal injury field and with a knowledge of Labor Law 240 and 241 cases.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery
- Client consultations and hearing preparation
- Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Assist with trial preparation
- Manage all aspects of discovery
Salary commensurate with experience.
