We are currently building a strong pipeline of candidates with experience in legal support and client intake functions across different legal practice areas.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Intake Coordinator, Legal Assistant, Case Manager, Client Services Specialist, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting law firms or legal service providers.
- Exposure to one or more practice areas such as:
- Personal Injury
- Immigration
- Family Law
- Criminal Defense
- Workers’ Compensation
- Employment Law
- Civil Litigation
- Estate Planning & Probate
- Bankruptcy
- Real Estate Law
- Corporate Law
- Mass Tort
- Other legal practice areas
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume intake processes and case screening.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 or above preferred).
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using legal CRMs and case management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing client consultations, lead qualification, and case intake.
